WE Smart Lab Inauguration – A New Chapter in Robotics Learning

A new era of learning began with the grand inauguration of WE Smart Lab at Veer Baji Prabhu Vidhyalaya, Pune. This visionary project, launched by Worship Earth Foundation under the CSR initiative of Cummins India, in collaboration with Pune Municipal Corporation Schools, is dedicated to equipping municipal school students with future-ready technology skills.

The lab is designed as a vibrant and student-friendly space, featuring modern robotics kits, interactive setups, and an engaging environment that inspires curiosity and innovation. Students will now have access to advanced learning in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT), and programming languages, helping them build a strong foundation for the future.

The event was graced by esteemed dignitaries including Smt. Asha Raut (Deputy Commissioner, Zone 3, PMC & Department of Education), Mrs. Avanti Kadam (CSR – Sr. Specialist, Cummins India), Mr. Deepak Betti (Sr. Manager CR, Cummins India), Mr. Sandip Kshirsagar (CR Coordinator, Cummins India), Hon. Shilpakala Randhave (Principal Deputy Administrative Officer, Education Department, PMC), Hon. Smita Fengse (Supervisor, Education Department, PMC), Hon. Meena Jadhav (Supervisor, Education Department, PMC), and Mr. Parag Mate (Founder, Worship Earth Foundation).

Special appreciation goes to Principal Mrs. Sangeeta Shinde, Mr. Ganesh Gavai (Assistant Teacher), Robo Pirate for technical support, and the entire Worship Earth Foundation team for their dedication in making this initiative a success.
