Voter Registration Drive Training: Empowering Future Leaders in Pune
On September 2, 2023, Worship Earth Foundation organized a dynamic Voter Registration Drive Training session as part of our Electoral Literacy Club’s 100% Voter Registration initiative. The event was marked by a vibrant exchange of knowledge and ideas, with active interaction between students and Nodal Officers. This session aimed to equip participants with the necessary skills and knowledge to conduct successful voter registration drives, reinforcing our commitment to empowering future leaders and strengthening democracy.
We were honored to have distinguished guests, including Mrs. Minal Kalaskar, Deputy District Election Officer, Pune; Mrs. Archana Tambe, Deputy Collector SWEEP; Mr. Tejas Gujarathi, CEO of Worship Earth Foundation & MD of We Connect; and Mr. Altaf Pirjade, State Coordinator of ELC. Our vision is to achieve 100% voter registration among eligible citizens by providing comprehensive training and resources through the Electoral Literacy Club. By organizing this training session, we aimed to empower students and Nodal Officers with the skills and knowledge required to conduct effective voter registration drives. We believe that an informed and registered electorate is the cornerstone of a robust democracy, and our goal is to facilitate this through education and active engagement.
