Empowering the Future: MoU Signing Ceremony with District Election Office, Nagpur
On January 16, 2024, a significant milestone was achieved with the signing of an MoU between the District Election Office, Nagpur, and Worship Earth Foundation. This momentous occasion marked the collaboration with 37 schools and colleges in Nagpur, all dedicated to advocating for voter registration and awareness. The event was graced by esteemed guests including Dr. Vipin Itankar, Collector and District Election Officer; Mrs. Soumya Sharma, CEO of Zilla Parishad Nagpur; Mrs. Asha Pathan, Upper Collector and Chief Electoral Officer of Ramtek; Shri Praveen Mahire, Deputy Collector; Mrs. Vaishali Patil, Tehsildar; Mr. Altaf Pirzade, Chief State Coordinator of Worship Earth Foundation; Sandeep Dhote; Shivani Karnake; and Prafulla Bavane. Special thanks were extended to Prof. Saili Lakhe Piddi, Nodal Officer at Ramakrishna Wagh College of Arts and Commerce, and Sevadal Women’s College, Nagpur, for their invaluable contributions.

Our vision is to cultivate a well-informed and active electorate by establishing Electoral Literacy Clubs in schools and colleges across Nagpur. By partnering with the District Election Office and various educational institutions, we aim to instill democratic values and civic responsibility in the next generation. The MoU signing ceremony was a pivotal moment in our journey to promote electoral education and awareness, reflecting our commitment to nurturing an informed and engaged society.
