My River My Valentine 2020

The journey of My River My Valentine began on 13th February 2020 with a unique Fashion Show by the river, where participants created stunning costumes from garbage and waste materials. This innovative initiative symbolized how waste can be transformed into awareness, carrying a strong message of sustainability, love for rivers, and environmental responsibility. Since then, the movement has grown into a citizen-driven platform for river conservation and social awareness.

Organized by Worship Earth Foundation in collaboration with Pune Municipal Corporation, Maharashtra Pollution Control Board, Nehru Yuva Kendra (Sports Ministry of India), and WE Punekar’s, this event reflects the collective efforts of citizens, institutions, and organizations working together for a cleaner and healthier future for our rivers.
